Our Embedded People & Culture service is ideal for growing businesses that need strategic and hands-on people support, without the cost of a full-time hire. We work on an agreed number of hours per month (minimum 15 hours/month), giving you a dedicated People Partner who integrates into your team. We attend regular meetings, build relationships with key stakeholders, and stay across your business objectives and climate.
We recommend we begin with a People & Culture Pulse Check, a diagnostic to understand what’s already in place across your people systems, processes, and practices. From there, we build out a tailored roadmap aligned to your business priorities, gain sign-off from key stakeholders, and then deliver on it with a clear People & Culture cadence. This ensures we’re not just ticking HR boxes, we’re embedding systems that enable performance.
If you already have an internal People & Culture or HR team, we can seamlessly integrate to provide additional hands-on support or a strategic lens, working alongside your existing team to bolster delivery, amplify capability, and accelerate outcomes.
