Co-Founder of The People Plugin and former Executive at Sweat, one of Australia's most successful tech startups. Sara brings over 15 years of People & Culture experience across public, private, and high-growth businesses including companies like; Coca-Cola, TAFE SA, PixelForce, MEQ Probe, Crop Shop Boutique, Move With Us. She specialises in building high-performance teams, implementing practical operating systems, and helping founders replace ‘people problems’ with performance.

Tobi Pearce
Co-Founder
Tobi is a serial entrepreneur and strategic advisor with deep experience in scaling global businesses across; Services, eCommerce, SaaS, DTC, B2B and more . As the Founder and former CEO of Sweat, he led the company through rapid growth and a 9-figure exit to a US acquirer. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of EzLicence, a high-growth international marketplace. At TPP, he brings a founder’s lens to business growth, strategy, and culture that applies to start-ups, scale-ups and larger enterprises.
